Recently i saw this Hawthorn Berry Flake on the rack of the provision shop. It reminded me of my childhood day when my mother used to buy that for me as a titbit. I opened a packet after paying at the counter and found that the taste was still the same and familiar. ( It is slightly sour , sweet and has the taste of the hawthorn berry ) It also have the effect of enchancing the appettie. It right away, gave me the ideas of using it on my dish. So i tried and tested it in various ways. Well, the result was very encouraging and good. So, thanks mom for introducing me the long forgotten traditional stuff and all these will be very handy in my kitchen theatre.
