Longan Red Tea Jelly With Bandung, Basil Seed Accompany With Maple Roasted Sweet Purple Potato And Rosy Coconut Whipped








Once again my curiosity and imagination has urge my desire to start thinking out of the box by using simple and yet familiar ingredients. This time round i am using English red tea And Singapore Bandung drink as the basic ingredients. ( Bandung drink is flavoured with rose cordial, water, evaporated milk and enhance with a touch of coconut milk ) While the maple roasted sweet purple potato has added with a bit of the ginger juice to give a trigeminal effect. The coconut milk whipped added with rose cordial give a light but creamy texture to compliment the red tea jelly and the purple sweet potato.
