It been quite some times since i last posted.
Being enjoying my Chinese New Year goodies has seen me increase a couple kilos. So, got no choice but to double up my exercise schedule.
Since i return to my ideal weight i come with this white chocolate dessert to pamper myself as an encouragement.
I have try it with different fruits but still prefer the frozen watermelon. More refreshing.
White Chocolate With White Rum And Brandy
100gm White Chocolate
8ml White Rum
5ml Brandy
90ml Chilled Double Cream
- Melt the white chocolate very slowly in low heat.
- When the chocolate starts to melt, bring away from the heat.
- Stir until it is melted.
- Add rum, brandy and chilled double cream.
- Contiue stirring until slight ribbon is form.
- Pour into a container and freeze it for at least 1 hour before serve.
